Congratulations to Pedro for taking 1st place at Converse's
Fix to Ride pool contest, narrowly beating out Rune Glifberg, Dan Cesar, Otavio Neto and some of Brazil's best skaters.

Over the channel 5-0

The Arpoador Bowl in Rio de Janeiro over looks a killer surf spot with throngs of girls in bikini's at one of the most crowded beaches in Brazil. If you can pull your head out of the sand and make it to the bowl you're going to encounter a pool that is steep, deep, slippery and kinked, which made for an exciting event. After 2 days of sun, sand, surf & skating Pedro took the top spot and a check with a lot of 0's on it.

Looking through the vaults we found some more wood circa 1988, no warping and in perfect condition. Looks like it is the Bod Boyle shape with Cruz Missle concave. These are super limited and available in shops now.
